Leader meetings for 2025-2026 are held on the fourth Thursday of each month from September through May, from 7:00-8:00pm, with a few exceptions due to holidays. Please see our Calendar for meeting dates. Meetings are located at the CLU Gilbert Sports & Fitness Center. (Enter at the location shown.)
Just getting started? Please check out the GSCCC Volunteer Essentials page for helpful information for troop volunteers. This includes essential information about the Girl Scout organization, managing a troop, product sales, and other topics.
For important information to help you plan your Girl Scout year, visit the GSCCC Troop Year Planner page. This page provides a detailed planner for each troop level.
Once you have completed all of your initial new leader training (see our Training page for more information), please contact our Service Unit team at TOGirlScouts@gmail.com.
Our team is here to answer any questions you have while you start your new journey as a troop leader!
Each year there are dozens of girls looking to join a troop. If your troop is open to accepting girls, please indicate so here: GSCCC Troop Information and Opportunity Form
All registered members are automatically covered with basic activity insurance. Sometimes, however, additional insurance is needed. Please contact GSCCC Customer Care at info@girlscoutsccc.org for information on additional insurance, and to obtain a COI as needed for your activities.
Please note, any agreements for the use of non-council facilities must be sent to GSCCC at info@girlscoutsccc.org for signature. Girl Scout volunteers may not sign such agreements on behalf of Girl Scouts.
All troops must have a troop bank account with Wells Fargo or US Bank (formerly Union Bank). This account is set up as a non-profit business account under the GSCCC umbrella. It should not be set up as a personal account. A Service Unit Treasurer MUST be a signer on all troop accounts.
To set up a new troop account, send an email to our SU Treasurers at SU660treasurer@gmail.com with the following information:
Bank name (Wells Fargo or US Bank)
Troop number
Name, address, phone number, and email address of all signers (must include at least 2 unrelated, registered & background checked adults)
For any changes to an existing account (i.e. adding or removing signers), send an email with the above information, as well as the account number.
For more information related to troop funds and other money matters, visit Troop Finances.
Please send any questions related to troop banking and finances to our SU Treasurers at SU660treasurer@gmail.com.
Congratulations to Lauren in Troop 63043 for the winning artwork to represent our Service Unit! We now have patches and shirts in stock with the new artwork.
How can you get a shirt/patch?
Leaders: You can request a shirt and patch to pick up at our monthly Leader Meeting. Please contact TOGirlScouts@gmail.com with your name, troop number, and requested size. Thanks for all of your hours of volunteering to lead your troop.
Girls: Volunteer to assist TOSU, as follows:
– 4 volunteer hours=patch
– 8 volunteer hours=shirt
Contact TOGirlScouts@gmail.com to ask how you can assist our service unit. We need help with events, service projects, and other tasks. All ages can help in some way, and we will work with you to find the right project. We also welcome your suggestions!
