Each troop will need to have completed Stepping Out and First Aid/CPR, and all adults need to be background checked and complete AB506 Mandated Reporter Training and a Live Scan.
If your troop plans to cook any of your own food or build a campfire, you also need Outdoor Training prior to camp.
Troop Leaders to collect and keep with them during the event (see GSCCC Forms page for all forms):
4 Basic annual forms for each girl (Annual Permission, Health History, Medication Permission, Permission to Release Girl Scout)
Specific Event/Trip Permission form and High Risk form for low ropes for each girl
Troop Driver Information for each driver of girls other than their own daughter(s)
Troop Leader to submit via GSCCC online form 2 weeks prior to the event:

Council Emergency Procedures
Incident and Injury Report
First Aid Log
Yes. Please note, to comply with Girl Scout rules, they will be camping in a separate cabin/area from the rest of the troop. Please keep this in mind, and include additional adults as needed to meet Girl Scout safety guidelines for camping. Contact us at TOGirlScouts@gmail.com with any questions.
